Foilmore Community Centre has become very busy over the last few years. We’re looking for a few friendly faces from the community to help out at our local community centre. There’s nothing too fancy involved—just practical stuff that makes a big difference, like opening up the building for bookings, putting out chairs for a concert, running a little tea, coffee and snacks stall at an event, checking the toilets are clean and topped up with toilet paper, and occasionally answering the centre’s mobile phone.
Consider running a coffee morning for local retired or a local history group.
If you’ve got a spare hour or two now and then and fancy lending a hand, we’d love to hear from you. No experience needed, just a willingness to help and a bit of community spirit. Drop us a message if you’re interested—thanks so much!
